Morgan Silver Dollar Discovered in 1859, the Comstock Lode established states, helped finance the Civil War and created fortunes for a lucky few. More importantly for collectors, the Comstock Lode’s silver flowed into the U.S. Treasury and precipitated the famous Morgan Silver Dollar.

During its heyday, the Comstock Lode was the source of silver for four different branch mints producing the famous coin — Philadelphia, New Orleans, San Francisco and Carson City. The Comstock Lode provided silver for decades and now you can get three years of Morgan Silver Dollars struck during the heyday of the Comstock Lode 1885, 1886 and 1887 Morgan Silver Dollars struck at the “Mother Mint” in Philadelphia.

Each coin is in beautiful Brilliant Uncirculated condition — remarkable considering that they are all nearly 120 years old!
